É um hotel que vale a pena, mas seria melhor se esses pontos negativos fosse sanados.
Localização é excelente para mim. As instalações do resort também são muito boas. A estrutura do SPA, idem. É um atrativo em particular para quem se hospeda nesse resort.
(1) A administração do resort deveria buscar realmente melhorar na parte das refeições. Já reclamei na primeira vez em que estive lá, mas desta vez vi que nada mudou. Comida fria/morna e não se pode dizer no geral que a comida é gostosa, com poucas exceções. (2) Estilo de atendimento na recepção não é das melhores. Não se busca isso. Por exemplo, foi-me dada uma tolerância para o check-out. Achei ótimo, mas os cartões do quarto ficaram desativadas às 12h. Quando fui reativar, a funcionária queria que eu ficasse no final da fila aguardar a vez, uma fila grande de check-out. O hóspede da vez na fila achou um absurdo, disse que teve o mesmo problema e insistiu que eu entrasse na vez dele. Ninguém pediu desculpas pelo erro.
